Policy: RCTR-C guarantees, in national territory, the refund of damage repairs caused to the transported cargo, by accidents in the route, such as crashes, overturning, fire and others, except from malice and/or fraud.

Policy: RCF-DC offers safeguards for loss caused by robbery or disappearance of transporting vehicles with cargo, either in theft, sequestration, swindles occurred in parts of the route in parts of the cargo and the entire cargo.
Policy: Loading and Unloading policies offers safeguards due to damages suffered by the goods during loading and unloading operations, with or without hoisting, provided that such operations are exclusively performed through equipment and special machinery adequate to the nature and weight of the transported cargo. This additional service offered inside Serpa structure allows the client to relax and let us take care of everything after buying or selling a product.
